The two can occur together. 2032-2038: Cancer emphasizes knowledge embedded in places and bodies: clinical support, labs, infrastructure, care, and food. Systems must handle exceptions and maintain themselves. The constraint becomes the full cost of dependable operation rather than performance in an isolated benchmark. 2039-2044: Leo and Taurus themes raise the stakes around personal sovereignty and ownership of material infrastructure. Personal agents, institution-owned systems, and public systems compete. Quantum computing may become useful for selected problems, but a general quantum acceleration of every AI workload is not assumed. The strongest evidence would be repeated economical advantage on an application people need, measured against improving classical alternatives. They deliberately share the same astrological dates: the charts alone do not determine the political branch. 1. A distributed commons. Reliability improves, material infrastructure expands, and institutions spread ownership and access. The Binding protects agency and recourse. The 2040 compact strengthens plural governance. The 2042-43 test produces reform through institutions capable of correction. Evidence: broad access, portable systems, independent audits, and a rising public share in productivity. 2. A managed hierarchy. Technical benefits are substantial but concentrated. States and platforms exchange convenience for control. The Binding standardizes permission on terms set by powerful operators. The Handover centralizes authority. Resistance in 2042-43 demands genuine exit, appeal, and representation. Evidence: concentrated ownership, dependent access, pervasive scoring, and limited recourse. 3. A fragmented transition. Financing, infrastructure, geopolitical rivalry, or reliability failures interrupt diffusion. Technology continues advancing in enclaves. The Binding becomes competing regional rules, and the Handover produces rival arrangements. Reform centers on resilience and local capacity. Evidence: incompatible standards, interrupted supply chains, unequal access, and persistent divergence in essential services. Zephyr's central planning expectation is a mixture: powerful technical progress, regional divergence, repeated bargaining, and no automatic guarantee of a single world order. This has stronger practical grounding than assuming every country reaches the same political or spiritual threshold together. A forecast record that can learn Before each window, freeze a small number of explicit predictions. Record the chart, founding convention, aspect, forecast interval, concrete outcome, and what would count against it. Keep the original wording after the event. A revised prediction is a new version. For each prediction, create a technology-and-politics baseline without astrology. Compare timing and specificity with the astrological forecast.
