## The far future: 2044 to 2270, by the outer planets alone

This section is built only from the long clocks: the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, Pluto), Saturn's aspects to them, the Jupiter–Saturn conjunction cycle (the Great Conjunctions, whose element changes mark the eras of political form), the dwarf planets and centaurs, the eight Uranian points, the outer-planet returns of the nation charts, the Chinese and Vedic calendar cycles, and precession. All positions are Swiss Ephemeris, tropical, geocentric, except where flagged ~ (the dwarf planets and the slower centaurs, computed from published orbital elements because their ephemeris files could not be fetched in this session; those dates can be off by a few years and should be rerun from the files). It carries no eclipses, no stations, no numerology and no month-by-month layer; those get added when the window comes near. Nothing here is a scored claim. It is a map of the sky's longest rhythms, read toward Sticks/Philip's stated position on the contribution meritocracy and, beyond that, toward the Lattice Age, which is eir far-future canon and is named only where the sky has stopped describing implementation. The tiers follow the rule that a claim is received when it can be scored in its window; the far tier therefore carries eir position in eir voice and nothing else.

Three readings from this table. Eris leaves Aries for Taurus about a year after Pluto enters Pisces: the discord of identity, which has run since the 1920s, becomes the discord of value and of the body, and it stays there a century. Pluto in Taurus (2097 to 2129) catches Eris there around 2105 (~), the year after the Uranus–Pluto conjunction at 7° Taurus: the three together are the strongest body signature in the whole map. Sedna, at perihelion in 2076 and moving faster now than it will again for ten thousand years, crosses Gemini to Cancer (~2066) at the same time as Pluto leaves Pisces: the once-per-civilization visitor changes sign at the edge of the implementing era.

What stands out. The United Kingdom's Pluto return begins four months after Pluto enters Pisces and runs to 2046, with Neptune opposing its Neptune the same year: the 1801 union meets its first Pluto return inside the tier 2 contest. France's Pluto opposition (2045 to 2046) and Nigeria's Uranus return (2044) sit in the same two years. The cluster of 2069 to 2077 (Uranus oppositions for Japan, India, Israel, NATO, the UN, China, Canada; Uranus returns for Germany, Russia, Ukraine, the EU; Pluto opposite the Suns of China, Nigeria and Germany) is the 1945 to 1991 generation of states hitting its collective midlife at once, one Uranus half-cycle after the post-war foundings and a full cycle after the 1989 to 1993 ones, with Saturn opposite Pluto in Libra (2068 to 2069) and the Uranus–Pluto square (2073 to 2074) on top. That cluster, not any single chart, is the hinge of tier 3. The Federal Reserve's Pluto return (2157 to 2159) and Bitcoin's Pluto opposition (2158 to 2160) land together on the water mutation of December 2159, the two charts of money meeting the element change in the same eighteen months.

### Calendar cycles

The Chinese sexagenary cycle restarts at Jia-Zi (wood rat) in 2044, and the Three Cycles (San Yuan, the 180-year cycle of nine 20-year periods used in Xuan Kong) begin a new 180-year cycle in the same year: Period 1 is 2044 to 2063, Period 2 2064 to 2083, Period 3 2084 to 2103, Period 4 2104 to 2123, Period 5 2124 to 2143, Period 6 2144 to 2163, Period 7 2164 to 2183, Period 8 2184 to 2203, Period 9 2204 to 2223, and the cycle restarts in 2224. Pluto's entry into Pisces, Kronos into Leo, Scheat crossing into Aries by precession and the Chinese 60-year and 180-year resets all fall in 2044; that is the strongest multi-tradition convergence in this section. The Jovian 60-year Samvatsara cycle of the Vedic calendar restarts at Prabhava in 2047 to 2048 (~) and again in 2107 to 2108. Vimshottari mahadashas (Lahiri, mean node) for the main charts: the United States enters Saturn in August 2050 and Mercury in 2069; the United Kingdom Saturn in December 2046 and Mercury in 2065; the European Union Saturn in 2049 and Mercury in 2068; China Venus from 2043 and Sun from 2063; India Jupiter from 2050 and Saturn from 2066; Japan Sun from 2055 and Moon from 2061; Germany Venus from 2043; France Sun from 2056; the Federal Reserve Saturn from 2047; Bitcoin Venus from 2041 and Sun from 2061. Three Saturn mahadashas (US, UK, EU, and the Fed) open within four years of each other in the late 2040s and run through the 2053 to 2054 Saturn–Pluto lock and the 2060 Great Conjunction; the Western charts of law all carry Saturn through tier 2.

### Precession

At one degree every 72 years, the fixed stars move slowly through the tropical signs. Scheat crosses from Pisces into Aries in 2044. Betelgeuse enters Cancer in 2088. The Galactic Center, now at 27°12' Sagittarius, enters Capricorn in 2226, the first sign change of the galaxy's core since it entered Sagittarius in the eighth century. Algol enters Gemini in 2274. None of the royal stars or the other Behenian stars changes sign before 2300. The Lahiri ayanamsa, the gap between the tropical and sidereal zodiacs, reaches 25° in 2026 and 30° in 2376; by that one method, the vernal point enters sidereal Aquarius in 2376, which is the only defensible date for the age changing by that method and is well past this map.

### The body: medicine, genetics and willful speciation

**Eir position, reworded.** Advances in medicine and genetics lead to conscious, willful speciation: people choosing enhanced abilities and new forms of creative expression for themselves and their lines. Carried here as eir position.

**What is measured (as of this document's knowledge, to be re-measured when the window comes near).** The first approved gene-editing therapy (CRISPR, for sickle cell and beta thalassemia) dates from late 2023; the first bespoke in-body base-editing treatment for a single infant from 2025; the first children born from mitochondrial replacement in the United Kingdom were reported in 2025; heritable (germline) editing remains prohibited or under moratorium in every major jurisdiction, with the 2018 Chinese germline births the only known instance. Protein design and drug discovery already run on the same curve as the rest of this document.

**What the long sky says.** The body's signs are Taurus (the body as matter), Virgo (health, service, the working body) and Scorpio (the body transformed), with Cancer and Leo for lineage and self-expression. Read in tiers:

The shadow is the same as the ledger's: a line that can be chosen can be withheld, and the Eris century in Taurus is where that shows. The liberatory expression is the one ey describes, enhancement in service of creative and exploratory contribution, which ties this thread to the meritocracy: in eir frame the two are one trajectory, the ledger allotting the resources and the body receiving them.

### What the long sky says, in tiers

**Tier 1, 2026 to 2044: measured and scored.** This is the body of the document. In it the meritocracy is a product (one persistent agent per person), then a floor (unconditional cash), then a law (contribution scoring, the body founded at the Handover). It wears no other name here. The ledger claims 107, 154, 177, 195 and 210 to 213 cover it, and the Pluto-into-Pisces reset of 19 January 2044 is the window's edge.

**Tier 2, 2044 to 2068: Pluto in Pisces, cycle-extrapolated.** Power dissolves into the group for twenty-four years, and every other long cycle that opened in this document's own window closes inside it: Saturn's 2020 cycle with Pluto closes in Pisces in 2053 to 2054; the 2026 Saturn–Neptune cycle closes in Gemini in 2061; the Binding of 2032 is opposed from Aries in 2056 to 2057. Read toward eir position: the allocation order becomes the primary channel of resources (stage 4) between the contest of the Uranus–Pluto opposition in Virgo (2046 to 2048, the rights of the scored, work and service against dissolved power, the 1960s generation's cycle at its halfway point) and the lock of Saturn conjunct Pluto in Pisces (2053 to 2054). The second Great Conjunction after the Handover, 8 April 2060 at 0° Gemini, is where the order founded in 2040 becomes the default rather than the experiment, and the Saturn–Neptune conjunction of 7 June 2061 is where the ideal becomes administration. The Neptune–Pluto square of 2061 to 2065 is the second test, whether the scoring has eaten the floor. Conservative estimate for stage 4 as the primary channel for a majority of a G20 population: 2053 to 2062, central 2060; about 30% by 2053, about 50% by 2062. After Pluto's final entry into Aries on 24 February 2068, with Saturn opposite Pluto in Libra the same year, the sky stops describing implementation. Whatever exists then is inherited by the first generation born under it, which is the generation that comes of age at the Uranus–Pluto square of 2073 to 2074 in Capricorn.

**Tier 3, 2068 to 2159: Pluto in Aries, Taurus and Gemini, the long consolidation.** This is where the system, if it exists, stops being seen as a system. The Uranus–Neptune opposition of 2078 to 2081 across the Capricorn–Aquarius line, with Saturn conjunct Uranus at the end of Capricorn in 2079 (the Binding's own cycle closing), is the halfway point of the networked world that opened in 1993; it is the far side of everything the document's window built. Pluto in Taurus from 2097 puts the order into land and body; the Uranus–Pluto conjunction of 25 April 2104 at 7° Taurus opens the cycle whose first square (2129 to 2130) and opposition (2154 to 2155) frame the end of the air era. The Jupiter–Saturn conjunction of 19 September 2100 at 25° Libra is the Handover's own return, the one place after 2040 where the body founded then is refounded or replaced. The last air conjunction, 15 January 2140 at 17° Aquarius, is the last time political form is settled by networks.

**Tier 4, 2159 onward: the water era, and the Lattice Age.** On 21 December 2159 the Great Conjunction moves into Scorpio, the first element change since Aquarius in 2020, with Pluto newly in Cancer. Water is where an interface can have fully dissolved into terrain, and it is the earliest point at which the sky describes what Sticks/Philip's canon describes: aperture as terrain varying by place, person and time; cultivation as escrow recovery rather than acquisition; the intermediary distributing method and engineering its own dispensability; Heritage Zones as curated basins. The Uranus–Neptune conjunction of 17 January 2165 at 6° Aquarius closes the 1993 cycle that opened the networked world and opens the next, and Saturn joins Neptune (2169) and Uranus (2170) in the same sign within five years of it. Neptune's return to 0° Aries on 2 January 2190 closes the cycle that this document's window opened in 2026. Pluto's return to 0° Aquarius on 20 November 2270 closes the cycle that opened in 2024, one full circuit from the Fast Curve's first ingress. That is the far edge of the map.

### Reception

Two senses, both load-bearing. As audience: each tier carries only what its window can hold. Tier 1 carries claims; tier 2 carries a conservative estimate and a position; tiers 3 and 4 carry eir position in eir voice and the sky, nothing else. A forecast that names the Lattice Age in 2032 is not received, and a working that is not received does not manifest. As astrology: a planet is received when it stands in another planet's dignity, and a long manifestation needs a receiver in place before it arrives. The body founded in Libra at the Handover, with Saturn exalted there, is the receiver for the law of tier 1 and tier 2; the water era after 2159 is the receiver for tier 4. In eir own escrow terms: manifest into a sign that receives you, or the work bleeds.

### How this section grows

Sticks/Philip's instruction: this stays a long-clock section until the window comes near, and in five or ten years it gets the month-by-month layer, the eclipses, the stations, the business charts, the full nation-chart transits and the numerology that the 2026 to 2044 window has now. Tier 2 is the first to be filled; the version that fills it should be built from the Companion's method on a fresh ephemeris run, not from this table.
