Oil policy, ownership and the transition in material value

The forecast tests a sudden change in Saudi oil policy or Aramco ownership alongside a large Brent move in June–July 2027. A second 2030–2031 test concerns its dividend or ownership and the dating of peak oil demand. By 2040, the stronger alternative claim is that Aramco is no longer majority state-owned or Saudi exports are below half their 2025 level. Each alternative retains its own measurable meaning; general oil-market turbulence is insufficient.
