How planets meet.

• Meets (conjunction): two planets in the same spot. Their meanings blend.
• Faces (opposition): two planets across the sky from each other. A standoff.

• Helps (sextile): a chance that takes effort.

Other words.

• Retrograde: a planet looks like it moves backward. It is a time to recheck, redo and delay.
• Stops (station): the day a planet stands still before it turns. Its meaning is strongest then.

The slow planets set the big seasons. Here is when they change signs and meet.

These are the dates the whole forecast is built around.

• June 2027, the AGI date. This date is Sticks/Philip's. Uranus returns to where it was when the first programmable computer ran. The easy triangle of Uranus, Neptune and Pluto is at its closest on 14 June. That day adds up to the master number 22.
• June 2029, superintelligence. An eclipse falls on the Sun of the 2017 paper that started today's AI. This date came from matching the sky with the data trend. It is weaker than June 2027, because the data choice was made after the sky date was known.
• 28 June 2032, the legal-standing milestone. Saturn meets Uranus at 28 degrees of Gemini, just after Uranus stands opposite our galaxy's center.
• October 2040, the handover. The US Saturn return and the start of a new Jupiter and Saturn cycle land within four weeks. Almost every world chart is hit between 2039 and 2042.
• 19 January 2044, the end point of this forecast. Pluto enters Pisces for good. The Chinese 60-year cycle, the Feng Shui cycle and the year number all reset the same year.

A country's chart is cast for the moment it was founded. Some of those times are known well. Some are not. So each chart has a grade.

• A: the exact legal moment is known.
• B: a common chart with a good reason for the time.
• C: the time is argued over.
• D: only the date is known.

A and B charts count most. For C charts, the rising point and the top of the chart count half. For D charts, only the Sun is used.

Machines and papers have charts too. This forecast uses the birth charts of Colossus (the first programmable computer), Harvard Mark I, ENIAC, the transistor, the 1956 meeting that named artificial intelligence, ARPANET (the first internet), the 2017 paper that started today's AI, and ChatGPT.

If a government ends, its chart ends too. The new government's founding moment becomes the new chart. The same goes for a treaty that ends a conflict. The legal-standing milestone in 2032 becomes the chart of superintelligence. The moment the handover charter takes effect would become the first chart for a world government.

A total or annular solar eclipse is strongest along its path on the ground. These are the paths that matter most.

• Antares, a royal star whose test is obsession. The nodes line up with it on 22 Sep 2030, and Jupiter meets it on 8 Dec 2030.
• The Galactic Center. Jupiter meets it on 13 Mar, 19 May and 1 Nov 2031.
• The Anticenter. Uranus stops there on 3 Oct 2031 and is exact on 16 Jun 2032, just before the legal-standing milestone.

Beyond the planets there are asteroids, centaurs and dwarf planets. They are ranked so they do not drown out the big signals.

The Barbault index. This adds up how far apart the five slow planets are. When they bunch up, the number is low, and times tend to be hard. When they spread out, the number is high, and times tend to ease. It was at its lowest in April 2026. It rises to 2031, dips again in 2033 and 2034, then climbs to its highest in 2040 to 2042.

Vedic astrology uses a zodiac fixed to the stars. It gives a few extra signals. Saturn is at its weakest in 2028 and 2029, the years of the hard test. Jupiter and the north node sit together in 2030 and 2031, a pairing called the teacher with the outcaste. Saturn is at its strongest in Libra, the sign of justice, from September 2041 to December 2043.

Chinese astrology gives each year an animal and an element, and a center star. The fire years of 2026 and 2027 give way to earth in 2028 and 2029 and metal in 2030 and 2031. The present Feng Shui period, Period 9, is ruled by fire: light, screens and the mind. It ends in February 2044, when Period 1 begins. The 60-year cycle also starts over in 2044.

The mood score looks at how the big planets, plus Chiron, the node, Eris and Mars, link to each other. Hard links raise the strain score. Easy links raise the ease score. Both are set so that 100 is the most of either in the whole timeline. The tensest stretches are December 2038 to February 2039, January to March 2042, and June 2043. The easiest is the AGI summer of June and July 2027.

The stress score adds up signs that have come with clashes between countries or trouble for governments in the past: Mars hitting Saturn, Uranus or Pluto, the slow planets clashing, eclipses, hits to country charts, and a low Barbault index. It is ranked low, moderate, elevated or high.

The sky gives timing. It points to when a change is most likely and what kind of change it may be. It does not prove that the change will come.

A few of the matches here were found after the fact. In 2026, strikes on Iran came eight days after Saturn met Neptune, and the Iran ceasefire broke down four days after Mars met Uranus. Those matches are striking, but they were found after the events, so they do not count as proof.
