Governance and network continuity

Ethereum’s concrete 2028 test is a governance crisis or a market-splitting fork. The outcome concerns a change in the network’s decision-making or continuity, not a token-price target. Its selected July 2015 genesis date and later chart contacts remain reference inputs; an ordinary software upgrade would not automatically meet the stronger claim.
