2034: the credibility test

The Saturn–Neptune squares recur in January and June. Institutions are judged against the promises made in 2032 and the services introduced in 2033. Housing, utilities, family security, and the ability to challenge an automated decision become the public's practical vocabulary for technological progress.

The source's political hypotheses include turnover at the head of at least one of the US and China between June 2033 and June 2034, a UK customs-union or single-market treaty in force by 2034, and replacement or suspension of the WTO as trade arbiter by 2035. The common issue is whether inherited institutions can administer an economy whose productive and decision-making capacities have changed.

Industrial and household technologies find sustained buyers where maintenance, accountability, and trust are dependable. Tesla's reorganization window runs through 2035; Nvidia's loss of the world's highest market valuation is another specific source test by the end of 2034. Company valuation and corporate independence are different outcomes and must be recorded separately.

Medicine must distinguish prevention that improves health from detection that merely creates procedures, fear, and expense. Contribution allocation faces an equivalent distinction: a polished score is not the same thing as resources enabling useful work. Poor access despite optimistic national dashboards would turn the settlement's practical problems into a legitimacy crisis.

What would count: audited delivery against earlier promises, household costs, accessible appeal, effective maintenance, and net health benefit. Advertising for reform with worsening material access strengthens the crisis scenario.
