2041 — The Aquarian Transition

2041: the settlement becomes a lived condition

The final Uranus–Neptune square occurs in July. The Atlas places Pluto's conjunctions to the US Moon in March and August 2041 and January 2042 under the Sibly chart convention. This is the forecast's public and social phase: the legitimacy of the settlement is decided in daily experience.

Personal systems can increase agency by helping people understand institutions, coordinate care, learn, make, and act together. Institution-owned systems can also deepen dependence by making every practical need pass through the same gate. Public participation, access to essential services, cognitive privacy, and the continuity of relationships therefore become measures of political legitimacy.

Medicine may be reorganized around continuing support instead of isolated appointments. The meaningful change is the connection among detection, treatment, rehabilitation, and ordinary life. Better predictions without accessible care would not fulfill that social promise.

The source retains a sharp economic test for 2042: the median US worker's income is no longer primarily wages. That requires a specified income measure and population, and is independent of the separate demographic forecast in the original ledger. In the Second Curve's staging of Sticks/Philip's contribution scenario, these years administer an arrangement already established: resources follow demonstrated contribution, with nobody below the floor. Participation, distribution, and lived autonomy determine whether the arrangement works.

The broader institutional ledger includes a fundamental UN charter amendment or successor and further Japanese constitutional or succession-law change by 2042. These are discrete outcomes, not evidence that every country's constitutional identity changes at once.

What would count: service access, independent participation measures, income-source data, public control, and effective routes of appeal or exit. The US lunar timing remains conditional on the chosen chart; that condition travels with the claim.
